Applying for an Oklahoma Quality Foundation award is an effective way to look at your organization from a systems perspective, energize employees, and increase the focus on business results. We will be with you every step of the way, helping you interpret and apply the internationally recognized performance excellence framework. Workshops will help you prepare your application, plan for site visits, and interpret your feedback report.

May

  • week of 5/3 and 5/4,  2023   –  Application Writing Workshop (2 days) – repeat of April session

  • 6/1,  2023   –  Examiner Applications Due
  • 6/21 – 6/22,  2023   –  Examiner Training  – Two-part class (2nd part in July) – Criteria Master Class (2 days)

July

  • 7/1,  2023   –  Award Level Applicant Intent to Apply Due
  • week of 7/10,  2023   –  Mandatory Applicant Training – Award Process Overview & Orientation (2 hours)
  • 7/26 – 7/27, 2023   –   Examiner Training – Two-part class (1st part in June) – Work Processes (1.5 days)

August

  • 8/1,  2023   –  Award Level Applications Due

November

  • 11/14 – 11/16,  2023     –  Site Visit (3 days)

December 

  • 12/14,  2023   –  Judges Meeting
  • 12/15,  2023   –  Award Decisions Announced to Applicants

January

  • 1/12,  2024   –  Final Feedback Report Delivered to Applicants by 1/14
