Pursuit of Excellence Application
The Pursuit of Excellence level focuses on creating clarity around your organization’s identity, purpose and “how” it operates. The Pursuit of Excellence process helps identify gaps that, when resolved, will help focus the organization on what matters while setting the foundation for integration and a sustainable systems approach to performance excellence. Your responses to all other questions in the criteria should relate back to the organizational context you describe in this profile. All applicants at this level must provide 2 individuals to become trained examiners that will actively participate in site visits. (Fully answer P1 and P2 of the organizational profile questions.)
