Commitment to Excellence Application
The Commitment to Excellence level is for organizations that use systematic processes and sound performance excellence practices. The organization has deployed most foundational processes in all categories and is moving towards system-wide integration of performance excellence and long-term sustainability. The organization will have answers to the overall questions of all six categories with basic results for most categories. All applicants at this level must provide 2-5 individuals to become trained examiners that will actively participate in site visits. (Total score between 250-350.)
Assessment Focus

- Review with Executive Director or Board Member
- Feedback Report Optional (additional fee)
- Site Visit Optional (additional fee)
- Certificate of Completion and Trophy Awarded
- Provide 2-5 Examiners
In this level, we focus on the basic/limited overall requirements, the approach, deployment, learning and integration (ADLI) Cat.1-6, levels, trends, comparisons, and integration (LeTCI) Cat.7.
