Achievement of Excellence Application
The Achievement of Excellence level is for organizations that have made progress toward a sound management system and the achievement of performance results. It is likely Progress level applicants will have made progress in building and implementing some effective, systematic approaches and should be demonstrating results and trends in some of those areas that are most important to the organization’s long-term success. All applicants at this level must provide 2-5 individuals to become trained examiners that will actively participate in site visits. (Total score between 350-500 with examiner team recommendation.)
Assessment Focus
- Organizational Profile (5 pages)
- Application (35-40 pages – includes Organizational Profile)
- Site Visit (includes judges) Required for External Recognition
- Feedback Report
- Review with Executive Director or Board Member
- Certificate of Completion, Trophy and recognition for approaching role model status. Governor’s office option for recognition.
- Provide 2-5 Examiners
In this level, we focus on the basic/limited overall requirements met, the approach, deployment, learning and integration (ADLI) Cat.1-6, levels, trends, comparisons, and integration (LeTCI) Cat.7.
Achievement of Excellence level applicants must register and submit their application by the deadline.
